As of April 21, 2015 at 5:00 PM, the online bill payment portal that you are used to using will no longer be available. You should have received a letter from Wilkes Telephone and Electric Company informing you of this.

However, we are excited to bring to you a new service called SmartHub, available on Monday May 4, 2015. You can link to SmartHub by clicking the Online Bill Pay link from our home page.

Below you will find links to useful tools to help you get started, as well as the letter we mailed explaining this change. You will learn how to create your account in SmartHub, pay your bill online, use apps on your smartphone and more.
